RESUMO

OBJECTIVE: To synthesize the available evidence on the use of antiseptics and disinfectants in the face of VIDOC-19 infection. METHOD: Bibliographic search in the main databases (WOS, CCC, DIIDW, KJD, MEDLINE, RSCI, SCIELO, PubMed, BMJ Best Practice, Cochrane Library, UptoDate) and on the web of official bodies in March 2020, using descriptors and truncations. The search was limited to reviews published between 2016-2020. RESULTS: Thirty-six papers were identified (no duplicates) of which 17 were selected for relevance and specificity and one paper was added from the literature review. In the documents finally used, no evidence was located, but experiences and recommendations of interest were found, highlighting the importance of material, environmental and, very significantly, hand disinfection. CONCLUSION: There is no clear evidence, nor are there clear recommendations for the use of one or another antiseptic, although the action of sodium hypochlorite, ethanol and hydrogen peroxide is highlighted in comparison to others such as benzalkonium chloride, chlorhexidine digluconate, povidoeyodine and diluted ethyl alcohol. Particular importance is attached to their use in hand hygiene, the use of protective equipment and environmental disinfection.

RESUMO

Enmarcado dentro del proyecto "Indicadores de calidad en endoscopia digestiva", liderado por la Sociedad Española de Patología Digestiva (SEPD), el objetivo es proponer los procedimientos e indicadores de estructura, proceso y resultado necesarios para aplicar y evaluar la calidad en la enteroscopia. Para ello, se ha realizado una búsqueda de indicadores de calidad en enteroscopias. La calidad de la evidencia se ha analizado aplicando la escala de clasificación utilizada en GRADE (Grading of Recommendations Assessment, Development and Evaluation) definiéndola como de calidad alta, moderada, baja y muy baja. Se ha identificado para enteroscopia un total de 10 indicadores de procesos (uno de preprocedimiento, ocho de procedimiento y uno de resultado), siendo los más importantes la indicación adecuada y la elección de una vía de acceso idónea

RESUMO

Within the project "Quality Indicators in Gastrointestinal Endoscopy," under the leadership of the Sociedad Española de Patología Digestiva (SEPD), our goal is to propose the procedures and the structure, process, and outcome indicators required for the application and assessment of quality in enteroscopy. To this end a search was performed for quality indicators in enteroscopy. Quality of evidence was measured by using the GRADE (Grading of Recommendations Assessment, Development and Evaluation) system, and classified as high, moderate, low, and very low. A total of 10 process indicators (one preprocedure, eight procedure, one postprocedure) were identified for enteroscopy, with appropriate indication and choice of most efficient route being most significant.

OBJETIVO: Sintetizar la evidencia disponible sobre el uso de antisépticos y desinfectantes ante la infección de COVID-19MÉTODO: Búsqueda bibliográfica en las principales bases de datos (WOS, CCC, DIIDW, KJD, MEDLINE, RSCI, SCIELO, PubMed, BMJ Best Practice, Cochrane Library, UptoDate) y en web de organismos oficiales en marzo de 2020, mediante descriptores y truncamientos. La búsqueda se limitó a revisiones publicadas entre 2016-2020. RESULTADOS: Se identificaron 36 documentos (sin duplicados) de los que se seleccionaron, por pertinencia y especificidad 17, a los que se añadió un documento de la de lectura de la bibliografía. En los documentos finalmente utilizados, no se localizaron evidencias, pero sí experiencias y recomendaciones de interés, destacando la importancia de la desinfección del material, del ambiente y de manera muy significativa de las manos. CONCLUSIÓN: No se aprecian claras evidencias, ni se identifican claras recomendaciones de usar uno u otro antiséptico, aunque se resalta la acción del hipoclorito de sodio, el etanol y el peróxido de hidrógeno frente a otros como el cloruro de benzalconio, el digluconato de clorhexidina, la povidona yodada y el alcohol étilico diluido. Especialmente se da importancia a utilizarlos en la higiene de manos, el uso de equipos de protección yde la desinfección del entorno

El objetivo del proyecto en el que se inscribe este trabajo es proponer procedimientos e indicadores de calidad y seguridad útiles para facilitar la mejora de la calidad en unidades de endoscopia digestiva. En este tercer resultado se proponen procedimientos e indicadores de la colangiopancreatografía retrógrada endoscópica (CPRE). Primero, se ha diseñado un diagrama de los pasos previos y consecutivos a la realización de la CPRE. Un grupo de expertos en calidad asistencial y/o endoscopia, bajo el amparo de la Sociedad Española de Patología Digestiva (SEPD), ha realizado una revisión cualitativa de la literatura haciendo referencia a la búsqueda de indicadores de calidad en la CPRE. Posteriormente, por un procedimiento de análisis por pares se ha hecho la selección y análisis de la literatura seleccionada. Se han identificado un total de seis indicadores específicos, independientemente de los ya descritos comunes, todos de proceso (dos de preprocedimiento y cuatro de procedimiento). Se ha analizado la calidad de la evidencia de cada uno de ellos aplicando la clasificación utilizada en Grading of Recommendations Assessment, Development and Evaluation) GRADE

The goal of the project encompassing the present paper is to propose useful quality procedures and indicators in order to improve quality in digestive endoscopy units. In this third part outcome procedures and indicators are suggested for endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP). First, a diagram of pre- and post-ERCP steps was developed. The aim of the project this paper is part of was to propose quality and safety procedures and indicators to facilitate quality improvement in digestive endoscopy units. In this second issue, procedures and indicators are suggested regarding colonoscopy. First, a diagram charting the previous and subsequent steps of colonoscopy was designed. A group of experts in health care quality and/or endoscopy, under the auspices of the Sociedad Española de Patología Digestiva (SEPD), performed a qualitative review of the literature regarding colonoscopy-related quality indicators. Subsequently, using a paired-analysis method, the aforementioned literature was selected and analyzed. A total of 13 specific indicators were found aside of the common markers elsewhere described, ten of which are process-related (one pre-procedure, seven procedure, and two post-procedure markers) while the remaining three are outcome-related. Quality of evidence was assessed for each one of them using the GRADE (Grading of Recommendations Assessment, Development and Evaluation) classification

RESUMO

Se identifican en bibliografía los textos de enfermería impresos en España durante los siglos XVI y XVII, que se supone son las bases de la enfermería española actual. El objetivo del trabajo tiene la doble vertiente del estudio de los manuales de enfermería y de las posibilidades de su recuperación y consulta en bibliotecas digitales. Para la obtención del objetivo se ha consultado bibliografía pertinente donde se han identificado los textos y extraído comentarios. Se han seleccionado bibliotecas digitales y se ha procedido a la búsqueda y recuperación. De los cuatro textos más significativos se han recuperado tres de ellos (AU)


The texts of nursing printed in Spain during the 16th and 17th century that are supposed to be the bases of Current Spanish nursing are identified. The aim of this work has the twofold aspect of the study of nursing textbooks and the possibilities of recovering and querying digital libraries. To obtain the goal, relevant literature where texts have been identified and some comments were removed has been consulted. Digital libraries have been selected and preceded to search and retrieval. Of the four most significant texts have recovered three (AU)
